Show jumping champion Oliver Skeet instructed Celebrity Lawyer Dean Dunham following being charged with theft by Kent police. The story hit the headlines in The Sun on Saturday following Mr Skeete being charged on 2 December. 24 hours after being instructed Dean Dunham had all charges dropped by the CPS on the basis that charges should never have been brought. Dean commented: "the facts surrounding this matter are clearly 'civil' not 'criminal' and in the circumstances Kent police should never have arrested nor charged Mr Skeete.".....
